Were you able to sell the house? If potential buyers are not coming to you, I think you’d be better off hiring a realtor. You may spend extra cash, but realtors can help you sell the house conveniently, easing your anxiety. Negotiations are a lot smoother when you have a realtor as well. Good luck on selling the house!
I think you should spend some time to clean, fix, or even renovate the entire house before you finally sell it. This can boost its market value, which is obviously good news for you, as you can get better offers. It’s been more than a month since you posted this, have you sold the house already? =)
Have you sold the house already? Julio has a good point. If ever you haven’t settled the closing documents yet, realtors could assist you. Also, they can help if ever there are problems that will arise while your house is on sale. They are also responsible for the preparation of the deed that your buyer needs.
Yeah, I’m curious too about the status of the house. Aside from having it listed, posting pictures of your house here can help you reach out to more house hunters. Plus, I wouldn’t mind having a tour of your home. I would love it, actually. :)
Hi Brandy, Corey & Charly! Your house has a beautiful exterior! Why not add more photos to your blog? Take pictures of the interior to convince house seekers to visit your place. Just a thought: add Christmas decorations so that it would look more inviting. =D
