Another Fun Weekend with Family...

We weren't planning to head to Bear Lake again this weekend, but both of our families were going to be there, so we thought why not us too? So we went over Friday night and stayed until EARLY Sunday morning. It was so much fun to see my cousins and be with our families!

We even made time for a cousins picture but believe me this isn't even close to being all the cousins...too bad my mom cut off some of the kids...oops!
But we had so much fun together!

Later that night we jet skied on down to North Beach...what a bumpy ride (my butt hurts)...to meet Corey's family for a Bradey's birthday bbq and some frisbee playing!

After all the fun we headed back to the beach house on the jet ski again only to bruise my butt even more! It ended up being a really fun weekend even though we didn't really do anything we just hung out and enjoyed everyone around us! Then I snapped this cute picture of Corey pulling me in on the jet ski! Love that kid!I hope everyone has a fabulous 24th of July! And oh by the way...Kev and Shannon your baby girl is a cutie...we're so glad we got to meet her this weekend as well!

I've wanted to post, but I don't....so I haven't, and I won't!

Keep checking back for the day when I stop being lazy and post about something we've been doing! Ok, so I lied...here's some pictures of the past two weeks, but I'm warning...they are boring and mostly look exactly the same!!!

Overall we were a little disappointed with the fireworks that we ended up getting, but nevertheless I love fireworks so it's still fun! And I'm hoping we redeem ourselves on the 24th!

Unfortunately, I didn't get any fun pictures at the beach with all my cousins, on the boat, or of the actual fireworks we shot...It just always seems to happen that way when you plan to take pictures you don't! But it was a very fun weekend!

another birthday & bear lake....

We had another birthday celebration for Cody, my oldest brother, who turned 28 last week! Happy Birthday! He got some pretty awesome gifts including a new King Size bed...I'm soooo jealous!

BEAR LAKE.....

So on Friday evening after I babysat Carson (no pictures) but we had a ton of fun reading story books and playing with toys....we headed to Bear Lake for the weekend! It was short, but I can look forward to next weekend being LONG AND FUN! Unfortunately I didn't snap many pictures except for Corey in the frigid water! What a sport!

So that was it, I on the other hand chose to only splash my feet off the back of the boat! I think I'll be waiting until August before I ski, but I'll probably swim at the beach before then! I hope everyone has an AWESOME 4th of July!

i'm so boring, but...here's what i've been up to...

I feel like I have nothing of importance to blog about lately! I don't have any big news to announce, haven't been on any vacations, camping trips or anything....so I'm totally boring! Besides having a cold in the summer i have managed to bead so much I think I'm done for quite some time!

Well this weekend, I found new friends and apparently turned back time so I could be five years old again...

OK, now I don't know if you've seen this advertised on TV, but I'd have to say when I saw it I had to buy it....just thank me for testing it out and now you can go buy it for all your kids!

Yes, this is the NEW 3-D sidewalk chalk that comes with stencils, paint and like 12 different colors of chalk, and of course 3-D glasses so you can enjoy your art in 3-D. It's way cool and totally worth the $7.00! If you have a kids toy you'd like me to test out, just let me know I'd be happy to do it!

back to reality....

Don't you just find it so hard to come back from vacations or from a long weekend? I do! And this weekend was no different...we spent the long weekend up at the Lake House and had a blast! Not only did we spend so much time playing some sweet Wii games (MarioKart, Guitar Hero III, and Wii Fit) all awesome by the way! But we did get out between the frequent showers...and this is why I love Bear Lake! It's BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!And then, of course, what's a fun weekend without some silliness? NOT FUN!

back to school....

Today was so fun! My first grade class from Nibley Elementary put on an end of year program and I got to go see them! It was awesome, I especially enjoyed them singing all their fun songs we practiced forever ago! They were so cute and you could tell their hard work payed off! I'm so glad I decided to go! Watching them wave and point to me during their performance just made my day! However they told me that I looked different than they remembered...why didn't I think not to pull my hair up today! Oh well, that's what happens when you're six years old...the slightest difference is HUGE! Anyway, I just wanted to brag about them and say how much fun I had! I hope they have a fun pajama day on Monday! Weren't those the best?

What a weekend....friends, family and a knight?

Welcome to my catch up post for the weekend! I feel like there's so much to write about! First off, Thursday was Natalie's big wedding day (see post below), then Friday some friends got together to throw a shower for Reta who is having a baby in June! It was so fun to get together and have lunch, visit and give presents!

Onto the next item...Saturday night...we had a ward party that the Elders Quorum was in charge of. The theme was "The Armor of God"....well pretty much lets just say this is how the night ended!

Yes, Corey was my knight in shining armor....and those of you who know me remember that I did have an obsession with ED the tv show and so I guess I had a little different image in my mind....





Okay, so that's not the greatest picture but it was the only one that I could find! Give me a break! You Ed fans know exactly what I'm talking about!






And finally to end the weekend Mothers Day! It was really fun being able to spend time with our families and we got to talk to Tony so that of course was great!

Congrats to Natalie and Paul Walker! Today they were sealed for ETERNITY in the Logan Temple! It was a great day filled with friends and family! Every single one of her siblings were there to support her....go Nat! So I thought I would show you a few pictures I snapped while at the temple...
